We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services. Assessment services provided by our partner Agil’OA, we’ve taken the necessary measures to control that Agil’OA was compliant with GDPR.

 

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

 

Specific data usage

 

Systemic Agility assessment data collection and processing

We support our clients in their development and use an assessment tool that collects organisational behaviours. The data collected are stored on our server for the period of the assessment and cancelled as soon as the data gathering has been completed. Those data are usually gathered in an anonymous format using organisation codes. The resulting report is archived over our company network and is not accessible over the internet.

 

Agile Profile (R) development and inventory

We support individuals in their development with an assessment of their agile behaviours at work. This service is provided using a partner company Agil’OA based in Grenoble (France). We’ve carried on a due diligence and check the compliance with GDPR. As soon as the assessment has been performed, data are cancelled from Agil’OA server and a copy of the report is stored on our private network. Entitle persons only have access to those report.

 

Collaboration forum

In the context of our training, we use a private forum in which only the participants to the training and the trainer have access. The forum is secured with username and password. The participants download the training material and share their homework with the training group. The information remains available 3 months after the end the training and is cancelled afterwards. The only purpose of this forum is to share information amongst the participants.

 

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
